Stress Engineering launches new EPC company

Stress Engineering Services, Inc., consulting engineering services and solutions firm, has officially launched Stress Engineering and Construction, Inc. (SE&C) as a wholly owned subsidiary to provide expert engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services to the downstream and midstream markets.

SE&C encompasses a complete range of skilled staff and engineering services to progress client projects from conceptual designs through construction and commissioning. The company integrates constructability reviews throughout all phases of a project by working with construction partners to develop cost-saving strategies for project execution. SE&C expands on Stress Engineering Services’ extensive experience and knowledge of plant operations and maintenance to redefine the engineering model and deliver enhanced efficiency, solutions and safety to its clients.

Led by David Masterson and Scott Tanley, the company meets client needs by delivering innovative solutions to even the toughest challenges. The SE&C team is comprised of specialists including process engineers, design engineers, project managers, project controls and construction personnel.

“The addition of SE&C brings an unparalleled technical expertise to our over four decades of commitment to safety and service,” said Dr. Joe R. Fowler, Co-Founder of Stress Engineering Services and President of SE&C. “Our team has first-hand knowledge of potential issues, which allows us to provide proactive and tailored solutions for complex problems with long-term value.”
