Air Energi appoints Donna Chapman as Vice President of new division

Whilst delivering permanent workforce services for several years, workforce solutions provider for the energy, process and infrastructure sectors, Air Energi, has introduced its new specialised Permanent Workforce Solutions division. Moreover, the company has appointed Donna Chapman as Vice President for the division to lead the new service.

Chapman has held board-level positions at Air Energi for over seven years. This new role will allow her to apply her experience and get an in-depth understanding of both the company’s operations and the global recruitment landscape.

A range of services provided

The new division will see the company provide permanent recruitment and consultancy services worldwide. It will also offer a range of market intelligence and insourcing and outsourcing services with its search team, alongside outplacement services in order to help effectively manage processes around redundancy planning.

Chapman comments: “In today’s challenging economic environment, companies need to find the right solutions for resourcing and retaining talent. Businesses are giving greater priority to finding a strategic partner that can provide a holistic service and add tangible value, by managing their entire workforce requirements and associated costs.”

Enabling Air Energi to deliver complete workforce solutions

Duncan Gregson, CEO of Air Energi, adds: “While we have always offered permanent recruitment, this dedicated division, combined with our existing services, will enable us to deliver complete workforce solutions, tailored to meet client-specific needs. Our goal is to build on our industry-leading reputation in the contracting space to become the trusted partner for delivering permanent workforce solutions.”
