As independent expert, 3E worked for Total Solar on the project’s bid submission by conducting independent long-term yield assessments on the various designs proposed for the bid.

Qatar’s first utility-scale PV project will be 10 km2 in Al-Kharsaah, 80 km west of the capital, Doha. It is expected to reach full capacity by 2022, covering about 10% of the electricity peak demand of the country.
