Eurowind Energy has completed the acquisition of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG’s Swedish renewable energy platform, marking a significant expansion of its activities and strengthening its long-term commitment to Sweden.
The acquisition adds approximately 120 MW of operating onshore wind assets, a substantial portfolio of renewable energy projects under development, and an established, well-performing service business with significant growth potential.
Eurowind Energy Group is already active in the Danish wind turbine service market. The acquisition adds an established and well-performing service business in Sweden, and the company sees considerable potential to develop its service offering further across both markets.
Most importantly, Eurowind Energy welcomes its skilled and experienced new colleagues to the Eurowind Energy Group. The company looks forward to developing the Swedish business together and contributing to the country’s future energy supply.
