The scale of current and planned energy projects on the east coast of England will be highlighted at a major international exhibition and conference this autumn.

Key companies and sector experts will also be showcasing what the region has to offer at Offshore Energy – a two-day event on 8 - 9 October 2019 in Amsterdam, which attracts 12 000 visitors, 550 stand holders and 1000 delegates.

The East of England Energy Zone is hosting a shared stand with 10 other exhibitors, who share a prominent space, presentation area, marketing support, expert export advice, introductions to potential overseas clients and markets.

Simon Gray, from the East of England Energy Group, said, “The Offshore Energy event provides a brilliant opportunity for our region’s talented companies to show what they have to offer major developers and key clients in the sector from across Europe and beyond.

“Taking part has the potential to get noticed and make links with some of the world’s most influential players in the growing offshore energy world – which is set to make major strides in, and off the coasts of, Norfolk and Suffolk in the coming years.

“We will be highlighting the huge potential across oil and gas, offshore wind, nuclear sectors as well as emerging technologies and concepts as we see energy production transition from fossil fuels to zero carbon,” he added.
