Shell to acquire Nature Energy
Shell Petroleum NV has reached an agreement with Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, Pioneer Point Partners, and Sampension to acquire 100% shareholding of Nature Energy Biogas A/S for nearly US$2 billion.
