The facility is the first of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa, and serves as a major milestone in the advancement of the sustainable energy industry in the region.
The study will be carried out at one of MYTILINEOS’ solar plants in Italy.
The energy storage technology travelled 7500 miles from Uddevalla, Sweden, to the solar park in Dubai.
