Masdar, has signed agreements for solar and onshore wind projects with a total capacity of 1 GW in Azerbaijan, following the inauguration of the region’s largest operational solar plant, the 230 MW Garadagh Solar Park.
BayWa r.e., has secured €6.5 million in funding from the EU’s LIFE Programme, which will be used to develop six projects across five countries by 2027, combining agriculture with solar power generation.
