Canadian Solar announces results of 2019 annual meeting

Canadian Solar Inc. has announced that it held its 2019 annual meeting of shareholders on 26 June 2019. Each of the proposals submitted for shareholder approval was approved. Specifically, the shareholders approved the election of:
- Shawn (Xiaohua) Qu as a director.
- Robert McDermott as a director.
- Harry Ruda as a director.
- Andrew (Luen Cheung) Wong as a director.
- Arthur (Lap Tat) Wong as a director.
- The re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP as the company's auditors.
