First firm offshore wind power order for Siemens Gamesa in Japan
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy has been awarded the firm order for the 112 MW Ishikari offshore wind power project from Green Power Investment.

First turbine commissioned at RWE’s Kaskasi wind farm
35 km north of the island of Heligoland, the first turbine of RWE’s Kaskasi offshore wind farm was recently commissioned, and is now supplying green electricity to the grid.
