Seaway7 and Dong Fang Offshore have signed a memorandum of understanding outlining their intention to collaborate in an exclusive manner and further strengthen their offering to the offshore wind market in Taiwan.
According to WindEurope, Europe approved significantly more permits for new onshore wind farms in 2023 than previous years, but it is still not enough to meet its ambitious 2030 targets.
