Sandbrook Capital, PSP Investments, and IMCO to acquire NeXtWind
Sandbrook Capital, alongside co-investors Public Sector Pension Investment Board and the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, have signed an agreement to acquire NeXtWind Capital Ltd from a syndicate led by Crestline Investors.
