The companies have signed a supply contract for the chartering of a Service Operation Vessel for the commissioning of wind turbines at the Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm in France.
The company has closed the agreement with TransCanada Energy to sell green energy from its Sharp Hills wind farm.
