Full Circle, an independent, multi-brand wind turbine services group, has announced that its French subsidiary, Net-Wind, is being rebranded as Full Circle France. This coincides with the businesses' expanded capabilities to now offer full-scope operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts in France, as of August 2023, with the increased service offering made possible by the extended resources and capabilities available following Full Circle’s acquisition of Net-Wind in March 2023.

Full Circle France will operate out of five regional hubs around France, with its headquarters in Nantes, and technicians based around the country at sites in Châlons-en-Champagne, Amiens, Montpellier, and Maubeuge. It will also continue to meet client needs in Belgium and French overseas territories, including Guadeloupe and Martinique.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, and with offices in France, the UK, Italy, and Greece, Full Circle provides wind services and 24/7 remote monitoring for its clients across Europe, North America, and South Asia from two control rooms in the Netherlands and India. The company was created following a demerger in 2021 from wind turbine manufacturer EWT and is part of the energy transition portfolio of the private investment company, AtlasInvest.

Full Circle France will play a key role in the company’s wider multi-brand growth strategy in Europe. This will target the fast-growing French wind energy market, forecast to achieve a compound annual growth rate of 6% in the period between 2023 and 2027.

The Group’s service offering in France will build on the Group’s existing presence and Net-Wind’s previous 12 years of experience in turbine O&M, offering full-scope multi-brand services throughout the region. This includes on brands such as Senvion, Nordex, Gamesa, Vestas and Enercon turbines. Services in France will also include turbine installation and dismantling.

Frédéric Leroy, Country Manager of Full Circle France, said: “Since 2011, Net-Wind has built up a strong reputation in the French market for reliability and the quality of our engineers. By becoming part of Full Circle Group, we have been able to build on this heritage by offering our clients an expanded set of services, including full-scope O&M contracts. As Full Circle France, we look forward to the next chapter in our evolution as a business, helping our clients to keep their turbines in excellent condition for years to come.”
