GoldenPeaks Capital to acquire photovoltaic assets from R.Power

Oicles Renewable Energy (a subsidiary of GoldenPeaks Capital Holding Ltd), a company specialising in the construction and operation of photovoltaic (PV) power plants, and R.Power, one of the largest companies in the large scale solar energy sector in Poland, have finalised a transaction. In this transaction, the aforementioned entity will acquire 100% of the shares in companies holding a portfolio of 69 MWp ground-mounted photovoltaic farms.
The ongoing transaction involves the acquisition of a portfolio of ready-to-build PV assets located in various areas of the country. Once the PV farms are constructed, they are expected to generate approximately 75 GWh of electricity annually.
