Energy Global's Editor, Lydia Woellwarth, was recently joined by Jason Smith and Kathryn Rovang from Fugro, to discuss the company's recent article in Energy Global magazine.
Jason Smith is Fugro’s Global Director for Geo-data Analysis and Geoconsulting. He has worked at the company for 25 years in a variety of technical and leadership roles, including oversight of Fugro’s geoconsulting business in the Americas. We also have Kathryn Rovang, a Senior Geoscientist and GIS Analyst for Fugro. She joined the company in 2017 and in her current role is responsible for the implementation and administration of the Enterprise GIS environment, including product engineering and development for client delivery solutions to ensure production database integrity and internal workflow optimisation.
This in-depth Q&A session will cover some of the topics raised in Fugro’s article in Energy Global’s Autumn issue. Entitled 'A data-driven revolution’, this article looks at how data can aid the offshore wind revolution by maximising efficiencies throughout a project’s life cycle.
