Arcosa, Inc. has received wind tower orders of approximately US$750 million, and subsequently plans to open a manufacturing facility in Belen, New Mexico, to supply these major projects.

The agreement is for delivering monopile foundations for two of the offshore wind farms OX2 is developing in Sweden together with Ingka Investments.

The proposed scheme comprises 12 turbines with an overall installed capacity of approximately 50 MW, in addition to an energy storage facility.

Axpo and Borealis have signed a second power purchase agreement within six months.
