Cubico Sustainable Investments has completed the acquisition of three operational projects in Uruguay from Brookfield.

Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding has begun construction on a 289-ft service operation vessel for a Crowley-ESVAGT joint venture that will house and transport technicians to maintain US offshore wind farms.
