A digital solution to design the anchoring and electrical connections of floating wind farms has been developed by a group of companies within offshore renewables.

The company will supply 79 of its typhoon-class onshore wind turbines for one of Japan’s largest wind farm clusters.

The company has received an order from DTEK Renewables for the second phase of the 500 MW DTEK Tiligul wind project.

According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, 2020 saw the US consumption of renewable energy grow for a fifth year in a row.
