JERA has entered into a definitive agreement with Virya Energy to acquire Parkwind for an equity value of close to €1.55 billion.

Natural Power has been appointed by ScottishPower Renewables to deliver the servicing and maintenance contract for the 124 MW Blacklaw wind farm in North Lanarkshire, the UK.

Xodus has signed a memorandum of understanding with Daymark Energy Advisors to collaborate on advancing the development and deployment of projects in the rapidly growing North American offshore wind industry.

The 46.8 MW wind farm, located in Örnsköldsvik, Vasternorrland, Northern Sweden, produces 160 GWh of electricity annually, equivalent to the energy needs of approximately 32 000 households.
